These General Terms of Use (TOU) govern access to and use of the Accorma platform, published by Challenge Tech. By using our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
1. Purpose
These TOU define the terms and conditions for using Accorma, a SaaS platform for web accessibility auditing compliant with the RGAA 4.1 framework.
2. Definitions
- « Service » : refers to the Accorma platform accessible via the website, dashboard, and Chrome extension
- « User » : refers to any natural or legal person using the Service
- « Account » : refers to the personal space created by the User to access the Service
- « Organization » : refers to the entity (company, association, etc.) to which the User belongs
- « Audit » : refers to the accessibility analysis performed on a website via the Service
- « Project » : refers to a website or application registered in the Service for auditing
3. Service Access
3.1 Access Conditions
Access to the Service requires the creation of an Account. The User must: be of legal age or a validly represented legal entity, provide accurate and up-to-date information, and comply with these TOU.
3.2 Registration
Registration is done via the online form. The User chooses a secure password for which they are solely responsible. Accorma may refuse registration without having to justify its decision.
3.3 Account Security
The User agrees to keep their credentials confidential. Any activity performed from their Account is deemed to be done by them. In case of suspected fraudulent use, the User must immediately inform Accorma.
4. Service Description
4.1 Features
The Accorma Service allows you to:
- Automatically analyze website accessibility according to RGAA 4.1
- Identify non-compliant criteria and obtain recommendations
- Generate audit reports and accessibility statements
- Use an AI assistant for manual audits
- Track accessibility progress over time
- Collaborate as a team on audits
4.2 Limitations
The Service automates approximately 75% of the 106 RGAA 4.1 criteria. The remaining criteria require manual verification by the User. The Service is a decision-support tool and does not replace a full human conformance audit.
5. User Obligations
5.1 Lawful Use
The User agrees to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 Prohibitions
The following are specifically prohibited:
- Using the Service for illegal activities
- Attempting to bypass the Service's security measures
- Intentionally overloading the infrastructure
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the Service without authorization
- Using robots or automated scripts without prior agreement
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service
- Auditing sites for which the User does not have authorization
5.3 Content
The User is solely responsible for the websites submitted for audit. They guarantee having the necessary rights to audit these sites and that their content does not violate applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Accorma's Rights
The Service, including its architecture, source code, databases, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Challenge Tech, protected by intellectual property law.
6.2 Usage License
Accorma grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use the Service for the duration of the subscription, in accordance with these TOU and the conditions of the subscribed offer.
6.3 User Data
The User retains all rights to their data and content. They grant Accorma a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Liability
7.1 Accorma's Liability
Accorma commits to providing the Service with diligence. However, the Service is provided "as is". Accorma does not guarantee that the Service will be free of errors or interruptions.
Accorma shall not be liable in case of: force majeure, third-party actions, misuse of the Service by the User, or technical incompatibility.
7.2 Liability Limitation
In any event, Accorma's liability is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the damaging event.
Accorma shall in no event be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, data loss, commercial prejudice, or damage to reputation.
7.3 User's Liability
The User is responsible for their use of the Service and the consequences of their actions. They indemnify Accorma against any third-party claims related to their use of the Service.

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension and Termination
9.1 By the User
The User may terminate their Account at any time from their client portal or by email to contact@accorma.com. Refund conditions are specified in the TOS.
9.2 By Accorma
Accorma may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of:
- Violation of these TOU
- Non-payment of amounts due
- Behavior harmful to the Service or other users
- Request from a competent authority
Except in emergencies, Accorma will inform the User by email before any suspension, with reasonable time to remedy the breach.
9.3 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, the User may export their data for 30 days. After this period, data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.
10. Service Availability
Accorma strives to ensure maximum Service availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur, with prior notice to Users except in emergencies. A specific SLA may be provided in Enterprise plans.
11. Modifications to TOU
Accorma reserves the right to modify these TOU. Substantial changes will be notified by email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new TOU.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These TOU are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the Paris courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumer Users may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
